ICC Cricket World Cup for Men 2019 has the highest prize money compared to other years as it totals to $10M.
The ICC Cricket World Cup this 2019 will have the highest total prize money of $10,000,000 for winners and runner-ups in the tournament.
The champion for this 50-over showpiece will receive $4,000,000 while the runner-up will receive $2,000,000. The two losing finalists will get $800,000 each while the six teams that will pass the league stage but could not move forward will receive $100,000. Finally, the 45 winners of each league stage match will get $40,000.
Starting favourites and tournament hosts England will open the World Cup on May 30 against South Africa. The tournament will end on Lord’s Cricket Ground in northwest London on July 14.
