Vettori and Langeveldt will be the new bowling coaches of Bangladesh
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced that they hired previous New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori and former South Africa fast bowler Charl Langeveldt as bowling coaches. BCB president Nazulm Hassan Papon said no formal contract has been signed but both Vettori and Langeveldt agreed to work with the team.
“Though we’ve yet to sign any agreement with Vettori he has agreed to work with us. We also got the confirmation from Langeveldt,” said Papon.
Meanwhile, BCB has still not decided on the Tigers’ new head coach. This is because former head coach Steve Rhodes’ contract ended immediately after the team’s ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 campaign failure.
