England women cricket team excited for the Test match against Australia
England women’s cricket team are excited for their Test match in the ongoing Women’s Ashes Series. Right-handed batsman Tamsin Beaumont said she ironed the traditional white uniform for cricket in preparation for the game.
“Not many better settings for a cricket ground! Great Test Match prep for us last week at Millfield School. Always love getting the whites back on for the purest form of the game!” said Beaumont in an Instagram post. “Probably the tidiest my spot has ever looked! Even ironed the whites tonight!"
Right-arm fast bowler Katherine Brunt said it was a rare opportunity to play the game in its purest form.
“A rare opportunity to play the game in its purist form,” said Brunt on Wednesday. “Tomorrow we get to relish every moment.”

The Women’s Ashes series consists of three one-day international (ODI), one Test, and three Twenty20 International (T20I) marches. The series began on July 2 hosted by England.
Currently, Australia had won the three ODIs for the series. The Test match began on July 18 and will end on July 22 at Country, Ground Taunton. The T20I match series will begin on July 27 at Essex County Cricket Club.
